FAR 13.106-l(b)(l)(i) justifies limiting the source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available. The attached Sole Source Justification outlines the Contracting Officer's justification and reasoning to award a sole source award to Airside Solutions, Inc.
