## Description

ADDENDUMS HAVE BEEN ADDED TO THIS SOLICITATION. PLEASE REVIEW ALL ATTACHED DOCUMENTATION FOR REVISIONS. FINAL DEADLINE IS SEPTEMBER 11. Argonne National Laboratory is seeking contractors to provide for the treatment and, if applicable, disposal, of radioactive contaminated mixed waste and low level waste. The waste may consist of mixed low-level waste (MLLW) debris and MLLW non-debris and low level waste (LLW).

Both the MLLW debris and non-debris are contaminated with various amounts and types of Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) and/or Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) regulated waste constituents and radioactive isotopes.

Please review Enclosure 1 and other applicable documents as specified in the solicitation package to build a comprehensive response. *EVALUATION WILL BE BASED ON BEST VALUE METHODOLOGY* Please help to provide: Signed and completed ANL-70 Request for Quotation Signed and completed ANL-70B Pre-Award Information Signed and completed Combatting Trafficking in Persons Certification Technical Proposal with proof of Adherence to each section of the Evaluation Criteria Business Proposal Price Proposal Signed and completed Addendums (if any) Please send the final proposal to the Contracting Officer via email.
