## Description

AN ADDENDUM HAS BEEN INCORPORATED INTO THIS AWARD. THIS SOLICITATION HAS BEEN REVISED WITH A NEW STATEMENT OF WORK AND DRAWINGS. PLEASE USE AND REVIEW ALL NEW VERSIONS OF THE APPLICABLE DOCUMENTATION. OFFER DEADLINE HAS BEEN REACTIVATED TO AUGUST 19, 2024. Argonne National Laboratory is seeking a source for a Flow Sensor Test Article (F-STAr) pump that will be installed in Argonne National Laboratory’s (ANL) Mechanisms Engineering Test Loop (METL).

F-STAr is designed to provide submerged high-flowrate experimental testing capabilities for sensor and component testing and development, and to perform fluid studies, in support of sodium-cooled nuclear reactor development. *EVALUATION WILL BE BASED ON BEST VALUE METHODOLOGY* The Contractor shall provide a pump that can develop the highest reasonable flowrate in accordance with the requirements stated in this specification.

If the Contractor cannot meet all the requirements, the Contractor can offer a pump that achieves as many requirements as possible, but explicitly listing the requirements that cannot be met.
