## Description

Two filter assemblies to be incorportated in two 8 inch CF flanges. Each assembly comprise 2 water-cooled pads housing 3 absorber units Each filter pad is motorized with stepper motors and includes an encoder for precision feedback. Limit switches and hard stops are provided at the end of travel. Thermocouples are included to monitor the temperature of each absorber unit.
