Argonne is exploring the breadth and depth of capabilities that current commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) ITSM tool can provide to a multidisciplinary science and engineering research institution. Argonne is currently using ServiceNow as our multi-purpose platform for Service Management, Operations Management and Strategic Planning.
