## Description

**Please see Addendum 01 for revised dates and added information. UChicago Argonne, LLC is seeking proposals for the collection and disposal of digested sludge accumulated from the sanitary water plant. The Statement of Work (Appendix B) describes the specifications, schedule, and other requirements that the offeror will be required to meet. This will be a Blanket Purchase Agreement for the base term of 12 months with 2 option years.

If able to provide the requested services per the Statement of Work specifications, please address, provide, and complete the following no later than 12:00 p.m. CST, on 3/4/2024. Proposal Rev. 1 Request for Quote, (ANL-70) Signed at bottom of page one. Terms and Conditions for Commercial Items, (ANL-71COM). Review and Accept Moderate Risk Work by Contractors on the Argonne Site, (ANL-366M). Review and Accept ANL Reps and Certs, (PD-158).
