This requirement is for Autodesk Annual Software Subscription in support of the Marine Corps Installations Command Installations Systems Branch. The projected support period will be from 30 September 2024 through 29 June 2025. The NAICS code associated with this requirement is 541519-Software Publishers. Per DFARS 208.7402, departments and agencies shall fulfill requirements for commercial software and related services, such as software maintenance, in accordance with the DoD Enterprise Software Initiative (ESI). As such, DoD ESI is the mandatory source for software and software maintenance agreements. DoD ESI awarded a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) covering Autodesk software products to DLT Solutions LLC for a ten-year agreement with a period of performance from 1 April 2019 to 31 March 2029. The USMC Regional Contracting Office (RCO) – Marine Corps Installations-National Capital Region (MCI-NCR) at Quantico Marine Corps Base, VA intends to award a sole source contract to DLT Solutions, LLC, 2411 Dulles Corner Park Ste 800, Herndon, VA 20171. This requirement will be procured via DoD ESI Blanket Purchase Agreement N66001-19-A-0051. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive quotes; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Capability statements or quotes, if received timely, will be considered; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
