The anticipated award will be made under the statutory authority permitting Other than Full and Open Competition pursuant to FAR 6.302-1 “Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.” This agreement is intended to allow for the procurement of Preventative Maintenance Services for Nerve Integrity Monitor systems. Medtronic Inc is the only provider of the monitor system equipment and therefore, the services must be obtained from the Sole Manufacturer Medtronic Inc. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals or quotations. Requests for copies of a solicitation in response to this notice will not be honored or acknowledged. Phone calls will not be accepted. A determination by the Government to not compete this proposed action based upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
