## Description

The purpose of Amendment 3 is to provide the following additional questions/responses:

**Additional Question:** Please confirm that unit pricing on a per employee per month (PEPM) basis is acceptable, and that extended pricing for each CLIN can be calculated by applying the offered PEPM pricing to the 1,200 employees identified in the answers to question nos. 1 and 51. Government Response: Yes.

**Additional Question:** Does NSF require any proposal to be available on/subject to a GSA Schedule/NASA SEWP/Other GWAC?

**Government Response:** No. The purpose of Amendment 2 is to provide Questions and Answers (see attached spreadsheet); as a result, the attached revised Request for Quote is also provided to include two (2) updated attachments. The purpose of Amendment 1 is to extend the due date for quotes to August 25, 2025 at 10 AM EDT. See attached Request for Quote to include three (3) attachments.
