The purpose of this FY25 requirement is to contract for American Psychological Association Programs to the Department of Behavioral Health at Brooke Army Medical Center (BAMC), JBSA - Fort Sam Houston, Texas. Award will be on or about 1 August 2025. This service requirement is commercial in nature and will be a firm-fixed price contract. The period of performance will be from 1 August 2025 through 31 July 2026 This notice is not a request for competitive quotes. no request for capability briefings will be honored as a result of this notice and any information provided will not be used as part of any subsequent solicitation requirement.
