**Special Notice – Notice of Intent Synopsis:** This is a notification of the intent to make a Follow-On Award to AT&T MOBILITY, LLC (DUNS 113471150) under NAICS code 517112 – Wireless Telecommunications Carriers (except Satellite) by Indian Health Service for a BASE Period of six (6) months with two (2) Options Periods of three (3) months each under the authority of FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(C).

If you can provide the services requested, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which shall be considered by the Agency and may be e-mailed to brendon.moran@ihs.gov referencing notice number 75H70425Q00037 by 10AM (EST), 16 August 2025. A determination by the Government to terminate the intended contract acquisition based upon responses to the notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.

Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract or otherwise pay for information provided in response. The Government reserves the right to use information provided by respondents for any purpose deemed necessary and legally appropriate.
