The proposed procurement is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only these sources under the authority of DFARS 206.302-4, FAR 13.106-1, and in accordance with FAR 13.501(a) as only these sources will reasonably satisfy agency requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, any interested party that believes it can meet the P-8 Poseidon Sonobuoy Storage Racks requirement described herein may provide a response and provide evidence of their capability to fulfill the requirement. All responses received in writing by October 24, 2024, will be considered by the Government.
