## Description

Notice of Intent to Solicit and Negotiate with One Source In accordance with FAR 5.201, this is a Presolicitation Notice to notify industry of the Government’s intent to solicit and negotiate with only one source. The Government is pursuing a non-competitive action under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.

**Intended Source:** Crestwood Technology Group, LLC ONE ODELL PLAZA, SUITE 139 YONKERS, NY 10701-1402 This procurement is being conducted on behalf of The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) Program Manager Air-268 (PMA-268) located at Patuxent River, MD for the supply of specific electronic aircraft components for the Diminishing Manufacturing Sources Material Storage (DMSMS).

The hardware or parts or products are needed components to repair the MQ-25 Stingray platform supported by the Unmanned Carrier Aviation (UCA) division. Crestwood Technologies Group, LLC proprietary parts are components of the MQ-25 Stingray platform that are under life cycle support by PMA-268. These parts are critical to PMA-268’s overall mission to provide UCA support for the U.S. Navy.

The intended source was changed from Triman Industries Inc. to Crestwood Technologies Group, LLC after recieving confirmation from Crestwood Technologies Group, LLC that the items referenced above can be procured directly from Crestwood Technologies Group, LLC instead of going through Triman Industies Inc. Triman Industries Inc. and Crestwood Technologies Group, LLC are both divisions of Blue Raven Solutions.
