Use of non-Rogue or third-party components may result in improper fit, alignment, locking, or load-bearing performance, creating unacceptable safety, structural, warranty, and operational risks. The total estimated value of the requirement is $19,037.06, including shipping. The Government has determined that Rogue Fitness equipment is necessary to meet its minimum needs for compatibility, safety, structural reliability, warranty protection, and continued mission readiness. Interested parties that believe they can satisfy the requirement may submit capability information demonstrating their ability to provide the required Rogue Fitness brand-name items, or fully compatible items that meet the Government’s minimum compatibility, safety, warranty, and operational requirements.
