GSA is currently gathering information for a prospective acquisition that could result in the creation of a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA), which is anticipated to consist of a one-year base period and nine (9) one-year option periods. Participation in this request is entirely voluntary, and any information provided by respondents is submitted on a voluntary basis. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a Request for Quote (RFQ) nor does it obligate the Government to any specific acquisition strategy, nor does it restrict future procurement approaches. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of the RFI or otherwise pay for the information requested. Responses will be treated as information only and not as a proposal nor quote. The Government will not award a contract based on the feedback received from this RFI, nor will it provide reimbursement for costs associated with the preparation of submissions or the subsequent use of provided information.
