## Description

During review of all submissions to solicitation 47QSSC-25-Q-003D, one mistake on the RFQ form was considered grounds for an administrative clarification. Two or more fill-ins or boxes left unaddressed deemed the RFQ submission technically not acceptable. Absence of a MIL-STD-129 submission resulted in a technically not acceptable rating. A submission not having the required NAICS code in their SAM.gov reps and certs resulted in a not acceptable rating. An or equal submission in which technical specifications were not provided resulted in a technically not acceptable rating.
