The Government will use the Responses from this RFI to determine appropriate set-aside, such as total small business set-aside or a further socioeconomic set-aside, for this BPA. However, all interested firms are invited to submit a response to this RFI. Contractor Teaming Arrangements (CTA) are permitted. Orders will be requisitioned by customer agencies, and GSA will issue purchase orders for the requested items to the GSA MAS awardee for direct delivery to the ordering agency. The Government intends to award a fixed price contract, with consideration to economic price adjustments (EPAs) incorporated at the GSA MAS Contract level. The nutritional requirements for this dog food are in the Attachment 2, Military Working Dog Nutritional Requirements. This BPA will be awarded against the successful quoter’s existing GSA schedule contract.
