## Description

**BRAND NAME ONLY** FAR 6.302-1(c) is being invoked to limit sources to only MFR: Ansys. This one time buy is pursuant to the ward for Ansys Licenses and for other than small business, under NAICS Code 513210. Technical specifications include that quoted part number is a brand name match to the requested part number and compliant to delivery schedule. Vendor must acknowledge, mark order as shipped, and provide tracking information through vendor portal or EDI. Quoted part number must be brand name MFR: Ansys. See Brand Name Justification (Attachment 1), quote ALL or none. This procurement is a one-time buy for the following Brand name P/N(s) :
