## Description

This RFQ is pursuant to the award of an open market procurement for a one-time award of a high-priority purchase order. 100% total small business set aside. Part numbers (P/Ns): Brand name or Equal to PN: XN-PF1UM, PORTABLE, XL-95P,378-470MHz,0.1W, SYS, BLK (Includes Antenna, Belt Clip, battery and desk charger).

MSC WAREHOUSE 1968 GILBERT STREET NAVAL BASE BLDG W143 DW 10 M/F: SUPPO, USNS ROBERT E PEARY (T-AKE 5) NORFOLK VA 23511 Exact delivery address will be provided at time of award. Award is subject to the terms and conditions of the RFQ document, including but not limited to the following:

Delivery is required 45 days after receipt of order (ARO). Complete and accurate addresses will be provided on the purchase order after award. This is FOB Destination. Please provide a copy of your item’s specification sheet.* *A letter of supply is required.* The award will be conducted based on lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA). Past performance evaluation will be performed as part of a responsibility determination.

Technical specification include that quoted part number is Brand Name or Equal to the requested part number and delivery schedule. Also, vendor must acknowledge, mark order as shipped, and provide tracking information through Vendor Portal or EDI. Quoted items must be Trade Agreement Act (TAA) compliant and Brand Name or Equal to the P/Ns listed above. Items are subject to review by the Global Supply Engineering Technical Branch and or the customer prior to award.
