## Description

RFQ 47QSCC25Q5001 - Commercial Shipment Tracking Subscription This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is issued in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 – Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services, and FAR Part 13 – Simplified Acquisition Procedures.

The General Services Administration (GSA), Federal Acquisition Service (FAS), Office of General Supplies and Services (GSS), Supply Chain Program Operations Systems Division (QSDDC), seeks quotations from qualified GSA Schedule contractors for a Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) shipment tracking subscription service.

The required subscription must enhance the Government’s ability to track shipped packages in realtime, standardize tracking data across multiple carriers, and reduce the internal burden of maintaining tracking integrations and codebases. The Purchase Order will be Firm Fixed Price (FFP). Refer to the Statement of Work (SOW) under Section C for a complete description of the requirements. The Period of Performance (PoP) is a one-year base period, with four one-year option periods.

An Option Period may be exercised only after the Contracting Officer conducts an annual evaluation in accordance with FAR Subpart 17.207 - Exercise of Options. Option periods are not guaranteed. The anticipated PoP may be adjusted according to award date and performance start date.
