The U.S. Air Force has an urgent need for their services to continue as described within the approved ETFO. This order is for services for which the Government has solicited and negotiated with only one source under the authoirty of FAR 16.507-2 (GSA Class Deviation RFO-2025-16). The ETFO has been reviewed, coordinated, and signed by all of the approving officials but their respective names and sensitive information have been redacted.
