## Description

This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) solictiation for the Submarine Workforce and Industrial Base (SWIB) Project. The purpose of this project is to address challenges of workforce development within the Submarine Industrial Base (SIB) by seeking a Enterprise Integration Partner (EIP) that will identify, develop, and deliver holistic solutions to regional and broader SIB workforce and industrial base challenges.
