**Documents Added:** Question and Answer Responses (7/30) Vendors should use the documents listed above in lieu of the original documents to respond to this Request for Quotation. All other documents remain unchanged. Vendors should sign and return the attached SF30 accepting the outlined changes listed in Amendment 01 with their quotation.

Office of Centralized Acquistion Services (OCAS) is conducting this procurement on behalf of Small Business Administration (SBA). SBA has a requirement for Regional Innovation Clusters for Strengthening Domestic Industrial and Manufacturing Capacity.
