## Description

This is a requirement for custodial, grounds maintenance, and related services. The contractor shall provide the necessary management, supervision, labor, materials, equipment, and supplies to provide custodial, grounds maintenance, and related services for the federal building (CA0093Z) located at 50 United Nations Plaza, San Francisco, CA 94102. Change in the solicitation is as follow (Amendment 0002):

1. Attached WD 2015-5637, 25 12-26-2023.pdf for grounds laborer.

2. Attached Revised WD 1974-1257 R50 12-26-2023.pdf for janitorial. This solicitation is amended as follows Amendment 0001): 1. Proposal due is changed from 3/8/2024 to 3/15/2024 5:00PM PST 2. PWS - Cleaning hours corrected. - C.3.1.2 was updated to Extraction: (Including Joint Spaces). - All laboratory language was removed.
