This project will replace existing irrigated turf grass lawn areas around the building with sustainable water-efficient xeriscaping. GSA is seeking highly quali?ed ?rms with experience with landscaping/xeriscaping. See the attachment for further information and information on submitting a capability statement. The magnitude of construction is estimated to be between $500,000 and $1,000,000. This project is funded by the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA). The Inflation Reduction Act of 2022 (IRA), Pub. L.
