The following work will be performed at the Little Rock Federal Building located in 700 W Capitol Ave., Little Rock, AR 72201. Market research is being conducted to identify potential Small Businesses concerns such as Veteran-Owned Small Business, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, HUBZone Small Business, Small Disadvantaged Business, and Women-Owned Small Business with the capabilities, qualifications, and interest to perform the work required. The scope of work includes the furnishing of all labor, supervision, equipment, material (unless otherwise noted) of all work requested for the elevator modernization at this location. The magnitude of this project is estimated to be between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Work to be performed under the contemplated contract will be within the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 238290 Other Building Equipment Contractors with a size standard of $22 Million. All offerors are advised that this project may be revised or canceled at any time during the sources sought, synopsis, solicitation, selection, evaluation, negotiation, and final award.
