The work consists of demolition of the interior finishes, partial removal of exterior cladding, and removal of MEP, fire sprinkler and other systems within the area to be renovated. New work includes interior finishes, exterior cladding, MEP systems and fixtures, fire sprinklers, and other systems related to the renovation of the office area. Some minor site work is also included in the work. This procurement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The estimated construction cost magnitude for all work under this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this project is 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, with a size standard of $45 million. All responsible, qualified firms are encourgaged to submit a proposal. The source selection process and criteria will be based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable Process.
