The fire sprinkler services, main piping and supply shall remain except sprinkler heads, which shall be brought up to code/date, and turned downward. New fire alarm services must be added, as they are none. HVAC services are standalone window units or small packaged units, and all must be replaced with a Central Heat and Air System. Data and IT services are not present and shall be added with new CAT 6, VOIP capability. The estimated cost range for all work is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.
