Attached is a draft scope of work for your reference.

Please read the document and submit a capability statement that includes your UEI and small business set-aside certification to nathan.moore@gsa.gov and lea-suzanne.avila@gsa.gov if this a procurement you would be interested in.

The Contractor shall perform custodial services in a manner that will maintain the condition and cleanliness of the facility/facilities in accordance with the standards and regulations outlined within this PWS. Services will be provided for approximately 6,393 square feet within TSA leased office space @ MCI Airport,601 Brasilia Ave, Kansas City, Missouri.
