Kinneary U.S. Courthouse at 85 Marconi Blvd, Columbus, OH 43215. This project includes, but is not limited to the following work: ? Lead paint remediation associated with replacement of fire suppression dry piping system. ? Cutting and patching of existing CMU and drywall partitions for piping replacement. ? Replacement of existing nitrogen generator and fire suppression dry piping. ? Priming and painting of new fire suppression dry piping, existing steel beams, garage roof framing and roof deck. The Joseph P. Kinneary U. S. Courthouse is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The National Historic Preservation Act and Secretary of the Interior's Standards will apply. This synopsis is provisional and for a pre-solicitation notification only. Issuance of this provisional synopsis does not guarantee that a solicitation will be issued. The Government intends to set aside this procurement for Small Businesses. The construction cost is estimated to be between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The NAICS code is 236220 with a small business standard of $45 million. The performance period is 364 days from award to substantial completion. This is a negotiated procurement; therefore, a public bid opening will not be held. The solicitation will be available on or about March 15, 2025. Please refer to the solicitation for final details.
