This renovation project is located at 100 East Fifth Street, Cincinnati, Ohio 45202. The project has a contract completion period of 210 calendar days from the receipt of the Notice to Proceed. The estimated construction cost ranges between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. This is a negotiated procurement based on best value. The contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, equipment, and supplies required for this project. This contract will be solicited as a Small Business Set-Aside, under NAICS code 236220 (Commercial and Institutional Building Construction). The Request for Proposal (RFP) is expected to be issued on or around March 31, 2025. The solicitation cited above can only be obtained by accessing the secure website, SAM (SAM.gov). SAM is designed to safeguard Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) acquisition information and is fully integrated with other electronic Government initiatives.
