## Description

Repair incipient spalling concrete and structural cover, remove brick, remove and replace exterior insulation and finish system (EIFS) at leaks in mechanical shafts, and other collateral construction work. The work will occur at current and former areas of water infiltration on structural foundation building elements (walls, slabs, columns, and beams) at the John C. Kluczynski (JCK) Federal Building, 230 South Dearborn Street and the United States Post Office (USPO), 211 South Clark Street in Chicago, Illinois.
