Cleaning shall take place between the hours of 6:30 a.m. and 8:30 p.m. The contractor shall have adequate staff onsite to accomplish cleaning within the contractor’s approved schedule. Some spaces are operational 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. These areas require additional services and policing. This will be a performance-based contract; the requirements will be stated in terms of desired results with associated quality standards. The contract will be for one base-year, four option-years, and a six-month option to extend services. The period of performance will be 10/1/2024-4/31/2030. IMPORTANT NOTES: There is no specific storage for contractor supplies or equipment, contractors will be responsible for providing their own storage for supplies or equipment.
