This will be included in the anticipated solicitation. The estimated price range for all work is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. This procurement is being set-aside as a women-owned Small Business acquisition. The NAICS code is 236220 (Commercial and Institutional Building Construction) with a small business size standard of $45 million. This is a negotiated procurement; therefore, a public bid opening will not be held. The solicitation will be available on or about January 29, 2024. A pre-bid walkthrough is estimated to be held on February 15, 10AM EST. Please consult the solicitation for final details regarding this walkthrough.
