This area includes Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Ohio, and Wisconsin. Services will include program of requirements, space requirement planning and reporting, cost estimating, block plans, furniture plans and specifications, design intent drawings, cost estimating, and contract administrative services. Due to the need to meet in-person with the contractor on short notice regarding a project task order, the Contractor must have the ability to respond to urgent site visit requests by attending onsite meetings with only 24-hour notice. These site visits may be held at various locations throughout the Region 5 Great Lakes, which include the states of Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Ohio, and Wisconsin. Site meetings may be held at various federal building/leased locations. The contract will be for one base year with four (4) one year options that may be exercised at the sole discretion of the Government. Once an IDIQ contract is awarded, task orders will be issued for specific projects. The procurement is set-aside for Small Businesses only. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 541410 with a size standard of $9 million. The solicitation will be available on or about February 29, 2024.
