This work will take place at 11 W. Quincy Court, Chicago, Illinois. The construction performance period is 1121 calendar days from receipt of full Notice to Proceed at Award. This procurement is a total women-owned small business set aside. The North American Industrial Classification Code (NAICS) is 236220 with a size standard of $45.0 million. The total estimated construction cost for this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. This is a negotiated procurement; there will NOT be a public bid opening. The awardee will be competitively chosen using Source Selection (FAR 15.3) procedures. The objective of the Source Selection Process is to select a proposal that represents the best value to the Government.
