## Description

Amendment 0001 is to provide : -responses to RFIs -Incorporate revised SOW dated 04/20/26 and additional documents -Offers due date extended to 05/07/2026. Must be received No Later than 4:30PM CST. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. The General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking qualified contractors to perform concrete repair services at three federal facilities in Montana. Work includes structural concrete repairs to stairways, sidewalks, ADA-compliant ramps,and building exteriors.

1. James F. Battin Federal Courthouse - Billings, MT Primary Work: Parking garage stairway repairs Key Tasks: Comprehensive damage assessment Repair cracks, spalling, and chipped stair treads Rebar cleaning/replacement as needed Surface leveling for smooth transitions 2. Bozeman USPS and Federal Building - Bozeman, MT Primary Work: Perimeter sidewalk and ADA ramp repairs Key Tasks: Full exterior walkway assessment Concrete repair including truncated dome surfaces Root damage mitigation Surface leveling and transitions 3. Mike Mansfield Federal Building - Butte, MT Primary Work: Selective concrete patching Key Tasks: Remove deteriorated concrete to sound base Rebar restoration or replacement with epoxy anchoring Bonding agent application and patching Match existing finishes Common Requirements Across All Sites: Obtain all necessary permits and licenses Perform thorough pre-work assessments Execute standard concrete repair procedures: saw cut-ting, excavation, subgrade prep, forming, reinforcement, finishing, and curing Ensure smooth transitions and proper surface levels Address any exposed or damaged reinforcing steel
