All fascia, pillars, canopy ceiling, and any wood shall be scraped to remove old paint, lead paint safety precautions shall be used. Caulk all seams and joints where paint was removed and new siding was installed, paint all siding and where old paint was removed. ADA ramp, and median concrete shall be cleaned and epoxied.
