The Government is soliciting offers for a term of up to forty-seven (47) for GSA HOTD and forty-two (42) for AOC, full monthly billing cycles for accounts included in this proposed contract. The service start date for each account shall begin with the first utility meter read date specified by the applicable utility for the month of November 2024. The total annual estimated quantity to be solicited is 67,642,954 kilowatt-hours (kWh). The contract(s) awarded will be Firm Fixed-Price. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal.
