## Description

The GSA is awarding 245,779 unbundled Energy Attribute Certificates (EACs) from generation resources that deliver to the MISO, CAISO and SWPP Balancing Authorities and qualify as carbon pollution-free electricity (CFE) in order to meet Federal environmental goals laid out in Section 203 of Executive Order (E.O.) 14057, Catalyzing Clean Energy Industries and Jobs Through Federal Sustainability (December 8, 2021) and its associated White House Council on Environmental Quality Implementing Instructions.

The solicitation was being awarded was issued as 100% small business set aside for Tribal Majority-Owned Business Organizations utilizing the Indian Energy Purchase Preference as established in 25 U.S.C. § 3502(d).
