This special notice issues a DRAFT Solicitation 47PA0524N0001 for Industry comment. This draft solicitation is for a full and open competition procurement to support the General Services Administration (GSA), Public Buildings Service, Office of Leasing, Center for Broker Services, Leasing Support Services requirement (GLS Max). The purposes of the resulting contracts are to provide continuation of transaction support for lease acquisition services and other support services required under the GSA Leasing Program. These services consist of those actions required to support GSA's Lease Contracting Officers as a tool to provide consistent, high-quality services within distinct geographic zones, to federal agencies that rely on GSA for lease acquisition. GSA proposes to award multiple Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contracts utilizing non appropriated funds, under which task orders may be issued and contractors will be compensated via the private sector practice of commission payments from lessors. This draft solicitation is available for review to all interested parties through the Systems for Award Management website at www.sam.gov, as an attachment to this special notice. This draft solicitation is composed of Sections B - J and attachments. GSA welcomes industry comments, questions and recommendations regarding the draft document.
