**SPECIAL NOTICE:** The purpose of this special notice is to publicize a Notice of Intent to Sole Source (Brand Name Requirement) under the authority of 10 U.S.C.

3204(a)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(c), Application for brand-name descriptions, for twelve (12) items and/or systems which the contractor will be required to supply and utilize in the overall construction effort (See solicitation number W9127N-23-R-0021, Portland VA Medical Center Seismic Retrofit & Upgrade - Phase 2, Design-Build Construction Contract). This notice is for Public Response and Market Research purposes. Interested parties are requested to respond NLT 20 February 2024 at 2:00 PM local time.
