## Description

Please join us May 9, 2024, for an Industry Day hosted by the 56th Contracting Squadron at Luke Air Force Base, Arizona. This event is meant to gauge vendor interest and capabilities for an upcoming furniture, fixtures and equipment (FF&E) project.

**WHO SHOULD ATTEND:** The Industry Day is open to any interested vendors with the capability of supporting a large FF&E project.

**WHEN:**

Thursday, May 9th, 2024 at 9:00AM MST WHERE: Vendors will arrive at the Luke AFB Commercial Vehicle Reception Center (South Gate), then be bussed to the performance site on Luke AFB.

**HOW TO PARTICIPATE:** Vendors MUST communicate their intention to attend the Industry Day before May 9th, 2024 to one of the POCs in order to participate.

**QUESTIONS:** All questions are welcome. Please contact one of the POCs for any information requests.

**Notice to Interested Vendors:** This Industry Day is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation document is available. No award will be made based on quotes or offers received in response to this Industry Day. The intent of this notice is for informational purposes only. No reimbursement for any costs connected with providing capability information will be provided.
