## Description

**7/9/2025:** The deadline for this notice has been extended to 7/18/2025 at 10AM EST. Description THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE / PROPOSAL The Defense Health Agency (DHA), Northeastern Markets Contracting Division (NM-CD), on behalf of Walter Reed National Military Medical Center and A.T. Augusta Military Medical Center, in support of the Nuclear Medicine Department, intends to award a Blanket Purchase Agreement on a sole source basis to Cardinal Health 414, LLC, 7000 Cardinal PL, Dublin, Ohio 43017-1091.

The anticipated award will be made under the statutory authority permitting Other than Full and Open Competition pursuant to FAR 6.302-1 “Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.” This agreement is intended to allow for the procurement of radiopharmaceuticals, including kits, unit doses, PET radiotracers, and therapies, critical for general nuclear medicine, positron emission tomography (PET), and on-call diagnostic and therapeutic procedures at A.T.

Augusta Military Medical Center and Walter Reed National Military Medical Center. Cardinal Health is the sole supplier for these products, supporting a broad spectrum of exams and acting as the critical backup source during nuclear isotope and kit shortages. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals or quotations. Requests for copies of a solicitation in response to this notice will not be honored or acknowledged. Phone calls will not be accepted.

A determination by the Government to not compete this proposed action based upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether conducting a competitive procurement is in the best interest of the Government.

Interested parties capable of providing the requested reagents may submit their capabilities and price list by responding to this notice no later than 10:00am EST, Thursday, July 10 , 2025 by email to ealed.m.nuru.civ@health.mila and cc: erica.s.oh.civ@health.mil. All information submitted should support the offeror’s capability to provide the requested reagents.
