BSA intends to compete the subject requirement, to be utilized within the United States. This requirement will provide for full and open competition. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 332999, All Other Miscellaneous Fabricated Metal Product Manufacturing (Size Standard, 750 employees), and the applicable PSC is AJ15, General Science & Technology R&D Services; General Science & Technology; R&D Facilities and Major Equipment. Interested parties must be registered under the NAICS code in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to submitting their quote/proposal. BSA intends to issue a solicitation in support of this requirement by October 2026. BSA expects to make one (1) award. The anticipated award contract type is a firm-fixed price contract. At this time, BSA anticipates award date to be around February 2027. II.
