## Description

The Virginia Contracting Activity (VACA) is requesting in-depth capability-specific information concerning problem sets for the Common Intelligence Picture Joint Program Management Office (CIP JPMO). These problem sets were discussed at the CIP JPMO’s September 4, 2025 industry engagement in Reston, VA. Both the briefing deck and the RFI are posted to the National Security Agency’s (NSA) Acquisition Resource Center and the National Reconnaissance Office’s (NRO) Acquisition Research center.

Please take note of the following important dates: Q&A cut-off date: September 23, 2025 at 1700 ET. RFI submission deadline: October 14, 2025. Please direct all questions and responses to the CIP-JPMO at #DDGI_CIP_IndustryEngagement@coe.ic.gov.
