## Description

Cancellation Solicitation 127EAW25R0056. Tropical Storm Hilary Damage Repair (1N02,1N05,1N17) is hereby cancelled due to significant changes in site conditions. Recent storms have caused damage to the direct access route, resulting in conditions that differ materially from those present at the time of the solicitation's issuance. This cancellation is in the best interest of the government to ensure accurate and fair competition based on current site conditions. The Government has every intention to reevaluate the needs of the Forest Service and resolicit in Fiscal Year 2026.
