Background: BNL is a Department of Energy (DOE) National Laboratory multidisciplinary research facility, located on Long Island, New York. BNL intends to compete, full and open, for GaAs Sensors to be utilized within the United States. Note: One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to Free Trade Agreements. Need: BNL has the following requirements: Please see attached DRAFT Statement of Work for additional details. BNL expects to issue one (1) award. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334413, “Semiconductor and Related Device Manufacturing”, and the applicable PSC 5961, “Semiconductor Devises and Associated Hardware”. Interested parties must be registered under the NAICS code in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to submitting their quotes. BNL intends to issue solicitation No. 454244 in support of this requirement. The anticipated award type is a Firm Fixed Price Contract.
