## Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division intends to procure engineering services for repairing a stanchion on VIRINGIA Racetrack on a sole source to Oceaneering International Inc. The proposed contract actions is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and award to only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302.
