## Description

THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE / PROPOSAL The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity (DHACA), Healthcare Contracting Division – Northeast (HCD-NE) on behalf of Walter Reed National Military Medical Center (WRNMMC), intends award a sole source award for the procurement of Cook Doppler Blood Flow Monitors (6 ea.). This Notice of Intent is not a request for Proposals or Quotations. No solicitation package is available, and telephone requests will not be honored.

Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice does not represent a commitment by the Government to pay for costs incurred from the preparation and/or submission of data in response to this notice. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this requirement is 622110/General medical and surgical hospitals. The PSC for this requirement is 6515, Medical Equipment.

This purchase will be made utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with: Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13.106-l(b) for purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold of $250,000. Interested parties may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement within 5 days of this notice. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government.

Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. Responses to this notice must be emailed to marten.d.wallace.ctr@health.mil and received by Wednesday, 4/30/2025, at 12:00pm ET. Submitters are responsible for ensuring their email reaches the designated contract specialist on-time. This notice is provided solely as information to the marketplace.
